"warm informative welcome. Room and en suite comfortable clean and well appointed. Breakfast excellent value, quality and in light airy room. Hosts very professional whilst being warm and friendly. Overall a great stay"

"As a regular bi annual customer of this hotel for so many years. I was disappointed with the breakfast menu. My child is autistic. They remember where everything was. They did not enjoy at all. The cheese selection was gone. No fresh bread. Least selection of pastries. No fruits. What a disaster and disappointment. Moreover the three room cards which were given to us. They keep falling apart. Did not work with in 1/2 an hour of llcoming to room. Got then redone at reception. Yet again they fail to open the door with in two hours of redoing them. I m sooo much disappointed first time in ever staying history at this place. Not looking forward to book anytime soon. I will be looking into next door, Royal hotel to stay in. "
