"The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. The food was good and the presentation is impeccable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others."

"The room was pretty big, we were able to open the luggage easily. Not too many options for western style breakfast. Towels are changed daily, sheets after the 3rd night. Microwave and dispenser machines only available in the B1 and 1F. Nowadays the hotel is working on a new elevator, so until august you will see a lot of workers in the area. Location very convenient, near Dotombori and Namba Station"

"This place was great. Room was great! Lobby and free diy coffee and coffee machine was wonderful. You got a free small sake, wine or juice upon arrival from a cool little machine. They had free entertainment every night I was there. Ranging from a short film to live music and DJ. They had a chill small balcony on the 2nd floor, outside the lobby. Room had everything from large flatscreen TV to a face steamer, desk & stationary. If you're not Japanese, they had apps on their TV for you to login to your Netflix, HULU or Amazon Prime account. Very nice washroom with walk in shower. Comfy bed and nice decor in the room. Also was a great location. About a 20 minute walk to Osaka Castle and only 30 minute walk to Dontonbori entertainment district. Just next door to a 24 hours Family Mart convenient store. Highly recommend this hotel!"
