The room is quite spacious at the rate I booked and it also offers free breakfast. The only thing is that they need the check out at 10 am in the morning, and the elevators are extremely busy at that time.

Clean room. Even if you were eco friendly and did not want your room cleaned daily, they left new towels on the door every day. Free breakfast with good variety. Obviously if you have a limited diet or non-native expectations then you should go out to eat breakfast as it is in a great location with more options. Great location.

Conveniently centrally located within walking distance of major metro line. Rooms are well insulated agaunst traffic and city noise. Safe and clean area albeit in the middle of town. Would not mind to come back to Osaka and stay at Toyoko Inn Namba. No non-sense adequate hotel. Room is very clean and well serviced by the staff.

This is a fabulous place to stay. 5-10 minutes from Namba station, Dotonburi area and the canal. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful especially Jerry with his local knowledge and excellent English. Being able to wash and dry a full load of clothes in an hour for 600 yen was a bonus. The room was plenty big enough with great power and wifi connections. Add in a free breakfast, coffee and cocoa machine, cold water and you have the ideal place to stay. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough

Toyoko Inn provides laundromat and dryer services just within their hotel, as well as free complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea available with your stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful in assisting with any issues faced — whether it be concerning the hotel or my itinerary for the day, they were able to assist with my queries the best they could. The rooms themselves were okay, as the space of the room made it quite cramped to walk around. The bed mattress was very hard, and the pillows were too soft, so there were some nights where I woke up with a strained neck and shoulders. Otherwise, it was an overall great stay :).
