"Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could. The hotel itself was equally as nice. Our room was lovely and clean. The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm. Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean. Breakfast was very good as well. I'd definitely recommend & visit again. "

"You couldn’t ask for a warmer or friendlier welcome. The food and the service in the restaurant were excellent. The bar was very well stocked with locally brewed beer on draught. Room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. "

"Rooms are good enough. They do what you need and that’s provide a bed to sleep and a bathroom to do your business. Breakfast is elite, yes it isn’t Michelin star but it is filling and is delicious in its own way. Staff are also absolutely lovely and the hotel served its purpose excellently. I’ve stayed twice now and don’t have a single significant complaint. "

"Breakfast was great, staff were attentive and the place was very clean. Theres lots to do close by, plenty of trails and next towns are maybe 5-10 mins away if you fancied more. My mrs and I were really happy with everything and would certainly recommend it to anyone!"
