This is the first time I decided to write a review... Just because I felt in love with this place. We booked an executive room with a view to the garden, which was by far the biggest room I've seen in a hotel. The hotel is situated in a quite location, Around the corner is the Schönbrunn palace with an impressive garden. To get an idea how close it is, you can see the garden from your balcony. The staff was very friendly, the food was above our expectations. Would defenetely stay here during my next trip and would recommend to everyone else.

Located right next to the train station and a supermarket. One can home on a single train and be find themself at Schönbrunn or travel on that same train in the opposite direction and you will be in central Vienna just a short walk from all the wonderful sites. At a reasonable price you can spend the money you said on some good Austrian food and at Hotel Sacher or Demel for so sachertorte.
This hotel was overall a wonderful bargain purchase. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, even the complimentary coffee was excellent. One thing to keep in mind for Americans who book a queen sized bed: they give you two double sized comforters instead of one queen sized one. Not a big deal, but this was the first time I'd seen that, and when I asked them about it they seemed to be surprised I even expected a blanket that fit the entire bed. Again, not a big deal though.

The hotel was everything we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodations were what we needed, and the location was just right for our planned activities. I would like to expressly commend Maria at the front desk for going above and beyond. From scheduling taxis to finding our 'lost' rewards card, she solved our problems with a smile. Thanks, Maria, well done!
The hotel for my needs was perfect. Lovely hotel, colour and theme throughout is very classy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a very nice size and are extremely clean. (Standard king size room).
We did not chose to have breakfast at the hotel. It would have been nice to have attended the buffet but at 25 Euros it was not beneficial for myself as I am vegan. Although very willing to cater for my needs, I chose to buy groceries from the bio- market situated across the road next to the Meidling HauptstraBe U-bahn station -which is absolutely wonderful. I went at every opportunity that it was open. (Sunday closed) =(
There is a complimentary 24 hour gym at the hotel which my partner was very grateful for.
Using the Meidling HauptstraBe U- bahn just across the road -(closed on weekends/public holidays) or the Langenfeldg station 4 minutes away in the opposite direction is very convenient. All in all I was very happy with our stay. I would definitely return without a doubt.
Wanted an good economical place to stay while we saw the sites in Vienna. Hotel is within short walking distance to several forms of public transport. Only to a short subway ride to city centre. Only 15 minute walk to Schonbrunn Palace. Property served our needs very well. Only stayed for one night, but would use the hotel again in the future.
Third stay at hotel -- probably last. Service is really bare bones. They should hire a nightwatch.
Reception (and main lobby) closed 21h-07h. Hence no possibility of wake-up call. Restaurant closed on weekends. Poor comfort in room; only very hard stool to sit on; armchairs in lobby are
better, but you are ousted at 20:55. Breakfast OK. EUR 13 for parking (secluded but neither
guarded nor access-restricted) is a bit a on the high side.
This bare bones service, probably motivated by cuts in personnel, is regrettable since the hotel
has quite a charming "fabrique" as an old factory, and is very well located (2 U-bahn lines nearby;
street cars, and easily accessible by car -- right on the Gurtel). Some effort in rethinking these details would go a long way towards making it a very attractive alternative.

If you're looking for a hotel with simple facilities, then this is the right one for you. It is conviniently situated 15 minutes away from the Westbahnhof train station with the 58 tram, and is also 6 minutes away from Hietzing U-Bahn station on Line U4, which reaches the city centre from here in 12 minutes. The hotel itself is very good. There is lift and stair access to the reception, which is staffed by lovely people, and also a very adorable parrot. The room I stayed in was very nice. The beds were reasonable, and the dining table provided was more than adequate. The bath was a bit small, but I couldn't fault the cleaniness of the bathroom and the room itself. It can be quite noisy from the street outside, but with ear plugs you can get a good nights sleep. Overall, the hotel is very reasonable, and very accessible.

We had a great experience at this 4 star hotel. As a family with 2 adults and 2 children, they upgraded our room to an apartment with no extra fees. They do that automatically for larger families if that apartment is available. We were lucky, and made our lives easier. Although small, the hotel has a parking behind the building, offers a very good breakfast (for extra fee), and is 3 metro stations away from the center (Opera where they have the main Hop On Hop Off location in front of the opera) and 3 from Schonbrunn palace. We actually walked to Schonbrunn and it took about 35-40 minutes with two small children.
The hotel staff were very friendly, speaking perfect English, and helped us with maps, advices for reaching places, and indicated a great restaurant nearby located in a very beautiful building. Great food too. The driving was not bad at all in Vienna, so overall we had a great experience.

This Viennese suburb is best known for being the summer residence of the Habsburgs. Dating from the 18th century, the palace contains nearly 1,500 rooms of dazzling Baroque and Rococo splendour. Vienna’s zoo and the elegant glass-and-iron Palmenhaus are also here and worth discovering.
