Very nice comfortable room, very close to the U-bahn with restaurants around too. The price was good for a proper double bed in Vienna.
The service has been replaced by an app so the front desk is never manned. They ask to download an app to check in, find more information and answer questions.
Personally, I didn't want to download and install an app for a 2 night stay in a hotel.
Upon arrival, there is still a bell to call someone for entry. Fortunately they were ready early and I could check in early.
After that though, I didn't see a member of staff at all for the rest of my stay. I'm guessing they want to do everything through the app.
It's a nice idea I suppose but not one for me. It would be nice to have the app as an option rather than push it as the main method.
My shower hose was leaking slightly. Not enough to be a problem but enough that I should let someone know about it; but there was no-one. A message pad at least at the front desk would be nice to leave notes, to be checked every so often by staff.
