"We especially liked the staff we met. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only thing we were really upset about was that my Sister who’s 75 years old came to visit us for a couple of hours, and a few days later got a £100 parking fine. To me it’s ridiculous that a virtually half empty car park can fine someone for staying a couple of hours. There was a notice on the front desk that said guests had to put in their registration number, surely not for someone visiting family. And that 2 hours...
