"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame as the rooms were really lovely and ckean (we booked an upgrade so expected much better and quieter night). Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Would I stay again?.No. Didn't get a wink of sleep for the noise outside. "
