Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go down to reception to get fresh towels and I was questioned did I leave the sign out for no cleaning. No I didn't! Might be an idea to change your sign to say your guests want the rooms cleaned and there wouldn't be any confusion."

"The room was practical. Comparable a stateroom on a cruise. The location is fantastic. 13-15 minutes walk to Tivoli Gardens and the Train terminal if you are interested in visiting Sweden. The bus stop is on the opposite corner next to the adjacent hotel. If you take the 5C bus from the airport or to the airport it will be a direct commute. The other bus that stops there will take you to some of the attractions like Christiana, Opera House, Reffen and more."
