The staff are amazing, particularly Isabella and Ren; set-up for individual rooms is excellent, the bathrooms are shared but private enough for comfort, the outdoor hot tub was great!

This was an outstanding place. It was modern yet not sterile. The staff were helpful and the room was self-contained, well-designed, clean and quiet. Also, the location was so convenient to everything that it made the trip FABULOUS.

Good place to stay couple nights if You don't mind about space, we wpuld like to try the other room acomodation to stay in bed but now in the high level not in the floor, so Nice kitchen to cook ando take lunch

We didn’t really know what we were walking into, but we enjoyed the compact pod-style rooms in this hostel. The bathrooms, although shared on the floors, were the cleanest we’ve seen in any hostel. Shared kitchen was well-stocked and there’s even a bin for free food that other travellers have left behind. The luggage storage was a great feature after arriving early in the city off a red-eye flight. Would recommend to anyone staying in Reykjavik for a few nights!

Very kind and helpful staff

Check in was easy, the room was clean and everything was easy to access. The staff was very helpful with transport to the airport as well, thinking about what would be best for us.

My stay at City Hub was fantastic. The modern, cozy pods were clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to rest after exploring the city. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the location couldn’t have been better. A special shoutout to *Cityhost Ari*—She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Her recommendations for local spots were spot-on Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend

We had two very good days in the city. The City Hub Team is extremely friendly and helps you with anything you need or if you have any problems. Just be aware that one room for two people with 2 weeks of baggage can be a bit tiny. But I think you are aware of this when you book it. The showers and toilets are cleaned very often and are on a high standard. Of course its a shared bathroom so if someone behavs bad you will see it before the staff can react. Overall a very good experience, we would come again!

10/10 would come back and recommend to everyone, especially female solo travelers! Felt super safe the whole time here and the whole facility was very clean. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the property was in a prime location for tourists.

I've heard of capsule hotels before, so this was a good first one to try. The staff was supportive, the areas were clean and checked. Good food area. Nice for the few days I was in the city

Amazing spot center of town close to so many walkable things. The pods were cute, I would recommend this place for any younger solo traveler. The pods were a comfortable sleep I loved being able to change the lighting, and the self service bar area was pretty cool, and a good place to sit and relax/eat. Parking was easy on a Sunday night free, not sure about other days. The only downside was that the bathroom floor was constantly soaking wet.
