"Excellent hotel in centre of Ponta Delgada with underground pool and spa. Comfortable rooms with aircon. In particular, staff very helpful, approachable and friendly. Good choice at breakfast and restaurant staff also pleasant and attentive."

"I was initially unsure about the hotel location (in front of the marina, with a casino adjacent to it) based on pictures alone. However, I must say that the hotel was great, location was excellent, it has an amazing rooftop bar and houses one of the best restaurant in the entire island. Truly great. "
