The hotel is outdated, There was no kettle and complimentary water, terrible towels. About food - breakfast was good but the dinner awful, drinks owerpriced. But the location is nice and the garden beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch.
Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!
