"Fabulous place with spectacular views exceptional breakfast including cooked to order eggs and omelettes. Met and exceeded expectations. Mosteiros is a wonderful and beautiful village that can be walked to from the hotel. Mostly down hill. The return walk is really strenuous. We will drive from now on. :)"

"This beach property was one of the nicest places we stayed at during our trip to Portgual and the Azores. Two levels, with 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning to help on warm evenings. Each bedroom had it's own air conditioner, so everyone was comfortable.The place was cleaned top to bottom when we arrived and we were even left a welcome bottle of wine and cheese. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get out of Ponta Delgada for a few days. The garage was snug, but we were able to fit our rental car in the space."

"Very happy with my stay I have 2 boys anywhere else we stayed I had to stay on top of them 24/7 making sure everything stays how we found it but at this property there was a pool table a big flat screen they was able to watch movies the place itself is very spacious where I was comfortable they wasn’t going to break anything :) the outside enough room for them to get all their energy out with a great privacy wall from the street was a little far from the airport but well worth the drive if anyone is traveling with kids I encourage to stay there;)"

"The host was great with communication leading up to our stay. Parking, location, check in process was all clearly laid out before we arrived. The location is excellent, super cute gardens in the property are very well maintained. We were greeted by the local cat we called “kitty” or “Oreo” while we stayed. The sunset was beautiful. The kitchen is small but everything you need is there. Fan in the bedroom is nice if you’re staying during a hotter month. We will come back next time we visit!"

"The location is ridiculously amazing and that is what you're paying for. Place is incredibly spotless considering it is on a beach. Like most places we stayed it is a very wet island and if you are sensitive to mold or moisture that is something to be aware of. Stairs are a bit tricky to the bed if you have any mobility or knee issues. Very easy to get to and from landmarks on this side of the island. Relatively easy parking."

"The cottage is located in a rural area. You need a car to enjoy the location. I felt very safe here. The local store is a short drive. Maria, there is super helpful and gives lots of good information about what to see. The Miradouro das Cumeeiras is a 9 minute drive away. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunset over Sete Cidades. Mosteiros and Ferraria are less than a 20 minute drive. The house borders a ravine where birds nest. You wake up to the sounds of nature. If nature is your thing, this place is a balm for your soul. There are sheltered patios around the house so you can enjoy the outdoors even if there is a bit of a wind."
