Whales Bay Hotel was an amazing hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities were great as well. The Pool was heated and a great spot to relax with lush greens and palm trees everywhere. The rooms were super clean, modern, and very comfortable. Also, the A/C worked perfectly with multiple zones in the room! The area is also beautiful! It is right by the water with hiking trails within walking distance.

The location was perfect! The accommodations were very nice; it was perfect for four adults. The communication was consistent and clear on how to check in / check out. It included a full mini kitchen so you have the luxury of bringing in your own snacks, but if you don´t, they have snacks and a refrigerated minibar available. Breakfast was included and delivered at a time

Location close to the city with great views of the ocean. Good bedding. Fruits, water, milk and crackers were appreciated. The property is in need of better maintenance though - there is mold in the bathrooms, poorly cleaned windows which ruin the view, linens and towers had sports on them, the whole apartment has a damp smell to it. With all of that, not worth the price we paid.

"Staff were really helpful. When we were allocated a different room to the one we booked they changed it immediately. It was also my 60 birthday while I was there. My husband arranged a meal for me . They went all out to make it special for me and also made me a lovely cake. The location is wonderful ..."
