"Hotel with good potential but a lack of maintenance.
Our room was quite new, but common spaces were very worn and not so clean (ie windows, corners of the breakfast room, the outside of the hotel...)
It is a pity.
Reception personnel very helpful."

"Un joli cadre, un beau parc et une piscine agreable. Notre chambre était dans un petit appartement spacieux avec terrasse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien garni de bons produits. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande."

"L'hotel è situato a 2 passi dal centro del paese che è molto carino. L'area esterna, per la colazione e la cena, e la piscina sono un valore aggiunto. La struttura è un pò datata ma tutto sommato confortevole e pulita."

"It was amazing. If you're looking for an authentic sicilian country side experience then this is it. The property is rustic but beautifully maintained. The room was large and had aircon. The breakfast was lovely. The gardens are divine and the pool area was great. Miss Anna was extremely helpful and so lovely. I wish we had stayed longer! It isnt near the beach, so if thats what you want then its not for you. Its up in the hills away from anywhere. Its so peaceful. 10/10"

We are a family with two teen boys. The room we got was immense, well decorated, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfy, and a whole terrace with sitting nooks just for us made it perfect to watch the sunset over the city and the Mediterranean from.
We were delighted with the breakfast, and the owners were very pleasant and accommodating.

We stayed here for our first over night stop on our journey around Sicily in October 2014. It was late evening, 8pm, when we arrived but the owner was waiting for us. We were the only ones in the dining room but his family were only too willing to make a wonderful evening meal for us which was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was satisfactory.

We arrived at 1am not really knowing what to expect the following morning as the hotel was in the middle of a little village but we were not disappointed. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and lovely everything. It was not too far from amazing restaurants and the stunning San Vito Lo Capo beach.
Amazing animation team who did everything to motivate people to take part in all events.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted a relaxing break.
The only 2 negatives I would say is the Wi-Fi...

In the centre of town, clean and attractive room, nice decor throughout. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast eaten in an outside courtyard. Really enjoyed my stay. No negatives.

We really loved our stay at Trapani Home - it was perfect for me and my daughter. We had a very spacious room/apartment with full facilities (Room 1) - kitchen, two bathrooms, living room, etc. All for a very reasonable price
Daniela was the most helpful and friendly host I've ever had on one of my holidays - for example, recommending car rental, places to go, help with public transport, eating out, etc We really recommend Trapani Home as a place to stay!

Loved the room with view to the sea and rocky hills. Also facilities of the fridge. Would have liked in room tea and coffee making facilities but then I am English!
Our host Vito was a font of knowledge on where to go and parking restrictions especially as our visit coincided with the San Vito Cous Cous Fest, worth a visit.
The breakfasts were amazing especially the apple cake made by Anna.

What is the best area to stay in Sant'Andrea Bonagia?
The best area to stay in Sant'Andrea Bonagia is right along the coastal road that runs through the village, particularly near the main beach and the small harbour.
This area is the heart of Sant'Andrea Bonagia, offering direct access to the sea and the village's main amenities. You'll find a selection of hotels and holiday rentals with sea views, often within a short stroll of the pebble beaches. The coastal road itself is lined with a few local restaurants and cafes, providing convenient dining options.
For couples seeking a relaxing seaside escape, staying close to the beach and harbour is ideal. You'll wake up to sea breezes, enjoy leisurely walks along the shore, and have easy access to boat trips or just soaking up the sun. The gentle pace of life here is superb for unwinding.
Families will also find this central coastal strip very convenient. With accommodation so close to the water, children can easily enjoy swimming and playing on the beach.
When is the best time to go to Sant'Andrea Bonagia?
The best time to go to Sant'Andrea Bonagia is during the shoulder seasons of May, June, September, and early October.
These months offer pleasant weather, with warm temperatures superb for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities without the intense heat and larger crowds of mid-summer. You'll find the sea warm enough for swimming and the days long enough for sightseeing around the Trapani region.
For couples looking for a romantic escape, late May or early June provides a tranquil setting before the main tourist rush. You can enjoy quiet dinners at local trattorias, stroll along the coast, and explore nearby Erice or Trapani at a relaxed pace.
Families travelling with children might prefer September or early October. The weather is still lovely, but the peak summer holidaymakers have departed, making attractions and beaches less crowded.
