A lovely hotel , close to the old city. Breakfast was decent. We would stay here again.

Location of this property was OK, was a 10 minute walk from the old town - decent restaurants around the hotel though. The hotel itself is average, beds were quite hard and pillows were flat as pancakes. Some of the stuff is really nice, some of it unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonably good. One thing that was really annoying is you had to get the front desk to adjust the temperature your room.

Great hotel if you’re exploring the area.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old part of town and easy access to the beach. There is a public car park 50m away that cost €2.50 per day. The rooms are lovely, this is a renovated palace so it’s high ceilings and great decor. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were very helpful. It’s only 5 to 10 minute easy walking to the old part of town with its streets full of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Great location ! The hotel is located in the center of Trapani. This makes it easy to reach restaurants and bars by walking. Conveniently, the main car park of th city is right next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Despite it's central location, the rooms are very quiet. Not all the staff are friendly. When we called ahead with questions, the woman on the phone was very rude. When we arrived, the person at the reception was friendly. None of the staff seem to speak more than the basic English. The breakfast buffet has to be served by the staff due to Covid-19 restrictions. The experience is not great, too few staff and they forget your orders easily. Overall, an excellent stay in Trapani

Loved this hotel!
This hotel was great! Such a nice hotel! I parked in the big public parking lot very close by and it was convenient and cheap to park. The room was so nice as well as the service. The location is on the border of the old city center but very convenient to walk to all of the sights. Great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean rooms. We overlooked the courtyard which was really pretty. Roof bar and swimming pool were a great addition and was a great place to escape the busy streets. Would definitely recommend

Very nice welcome from Katy in reception who gave friendly helpful service throughout my stay. My room was nice, had everything you needed. Breakfast was basic, but the great service from Alexandra made it most enjoyable. Nice outdoor seating. Great location, I would stay there again.
