"The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "The property manager didn't answer the phone, couldn't pick up the key, paid for the booking got confirmation email then couldn't get any response from the apartment, I went to the apartment still can't speak to anyone therefore I had to find another place to stay last minute which was difficult and inconvenient to say the least, I will be contacted Expedia who I booked the apartment through and I will be expecting a full refund, I would recommend booking this apartment unless you want to be...
