The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Ondarreta Beach (which, in my opinion, is the best beach in Donostia) and about 7 minutes from Mount Igueldo. The on-site restaurant is delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property for families!"

"The location is excellent and close to the old town. The area of Gros where hotel is situated has excellent cafes, bar, restaurants & shops. Across the road is a sandy beach used by families and surfers. There is plenty to do in San Sebastián for a long weekend and lovely countryside to explore. Whilst there is no manned reception at the hotel there is someone to speak to on the phone who ensured we had a smooth check-in. Hotel & room was clean, shower was great (walk-in) bed comfy. Room was serviced daily with the added benefit of a refrigerator. Great stay and would book again."
