Very good location. Lovely staff. Would recommend

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay at Room Mate Gorka Collection in San Sebastian. It was a great location not far from the old town. Really wonderful and friendly staff who provided useful recommendations. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed their bar/restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Amazing location, superb staff, one of the best breakfast selections (and quality) we have had anywhere, loved that it’s a la carte and made to order. Room very comfortable with a great shower and nice amenities. We will be back for sure!

Excellent location, modern and clean. Very helpful staff. We loved staying here, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we came to explore, eat and drink. However, the room and bathroom are very modern and well maintained.

Wonderful location in such a beautiful building. We were welcomed by Juan, who waited for us as we arrived before the checking-in time. He spoke perfect English and recommended places to visit and the best tapas bars in which to eat. He provided us with a set of keys which allowed us to start our vacation without having to worry about our luggage. Fantastic place! Very centrally located. Locket building, great room with big windows and a great view . Eoom spotlessly clean and cleaned each day and fresh towels. Nice little touch having a fridge and also an iron and ironing board . Slight noise but it’s on a main road so to be expected!

The assistance from the owner was exceptional. Everything was very well run with useful additional facilities such as a pinter to print off a boarding pass. The location is very central yet the room was not noisy. Truly excellent value, highly recommended.

Great stay. Gave us a room with a balcony. Free parking in front of the hotel. Bus to town takes 15 minutes.

The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x

Lovely place near the Cathedral and within a 10 minute of the old town. The host was very informative, friendly and accomodating. Room was a good size and clean and the small balcony was a bonus. There are a few cafes nearby, perfect for breakfast.
