"An unexpected stay to break a long journey. This was an excellent, comfortable hotel with great service and a very good breakfast. The town of San Sebastian was lovely to visit as well - though the hotel is quite a steep walk above the town. If taking your car into town, be aware of the complex one-way ..."

"You pay for the view which is spectacular. Access to the parking area is via a steep narrow ramp . So if you have a big car or 4x4 be warned . In fairness it does say that in the description. Staff/ owner was lovely and very helpful ."

"Absolutely stunning hotel and awesome location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was excellent. The next day we thought we would copy the meal and it was really bad. I have to think that because the hotel is perfect in so many ways, the bad meal had to be a fluke or there was a good reason for this occurrence. "
