"The hotel is ideal for families with children. Staff is very friendly. The location is great because Siam park and many nice restaurants are within 20 minutes of walking distance. The pool restaurant may improve the quality of the food and drinks. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "

Everything is done right there and sunbed monitored for use to stop people keeping them without use.

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."
"Positives - clean and basic, shower is great. Pool and bar are clean and friendly, lots of space to sunbathe. Ac in rooms were great.
Negative - sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy if sharing. Kitchen not up to much and fridge was really noisy at times. Food I found poor, chips were decent. Cheese on nachos was some sort of tube cold cheese, pizzas were fine. Do not eat there KFC original chicken, absolutely vile.
Overall, great for price, clean and friendly. Was good base as we drove, taxis required if travelling, although as a positive they were reasonably cheap"

"We had an excellent stay in this lovely villa. I discovered villas in Tenerife to rent are few and far between (mostly hotels) so it was perfect that we found this large villa in Arona. It is a great layout for multi generational or multi party visitors as it has 2 separate apartments as well as the main house. The pool and outdoor area is a real highlight with a large pool and outdoor BBQ house as well as an outdoor shower. The house was larger than expected and the beds were all comfy. We found the house to be lovely and cool despite the heat (there is air con upstairs too). Lovely view sitting on any of the balconies. It was very peaceful - the only sounds we heard were the chickens clucking quietly a short distance away. Everything we needed was available and it’s really easy by car to get to all the main areas to visit. We made a mistake with our booking and the owner Claire sorted it out immediately for us. She was absolutely fabulous and made the booking easy and was so helpful before/during our stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting Tenerife "
5 Bedroom Villa With Heated Pool, Garden With BBQ & Views Over Hills And Ocean

"We have just returned from an 8 night stay in this fabulous villa. It was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. The host Mark, was excellent and so informative with any questions we asked prior to arrival and during our stay. We were provided with gallons of water, all tea and coffee, toilet roll, washing up detergent, bin bags etc. We've stayed in many villas over the years and have never experienced this level of comfort. It was great not having those extras to pay for when we arrived. The villa is enormous, with plenty of space for our family of 8 to have their own space throughout the day. The outside space is wonderful, something to keep us all entertained around the pool. My husband was particularly impressed with the outdoor Bbq and our boys loved playing pool comps. Although we hired a car, the villa location is pretty good with a local supermarket only a 2 minute drive away. And on the occasions we did take a taxi, it was never more than 10 euros. A wonderful stay and the only downside was it was over far too quickly."

"My husband and young kids stayed here over May half term and we had a great time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a lovely view from the bedrooms and balcony. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers and a cabana/sofa area which offers a bit of shade from the sun. The tiles around the pool are not slippy and the rest is artificial grass so was great for the boys to play on. It does get hot though! The villa is set up hill from the resorts so would need a car to get about, but it’s only a short drive to get to where there are shops, restaurants and bars are or the beach. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport by car too which was great. We would definitely stay here again!"
"Surrounded by the golf course made it quiet and pleasant. It's about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but the walk is pleasant. Also an option for Taxi scooters which hang around by reception.
