"Pool area was super and pool bar staff, particularly Miriam, were excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to other 5 star hotels, but sufficient and clean. Large choice at breakfast although always very busy and hard to get a table. Main disapppintment were the drinks. At breakfast the fresh orange squash was very diluted with water and tasted like squash. At the pool, the beer and the soft drinks were also extremely watered down, which was annoying as we weren’t all inclusive so we were paying full price for terrible tasting drinks. This needs to be improved. Snacks at pool bar are basic but tasty and not too expensive. We did not eat in hotel in the evenings so cannot comment on restaurant food. Lovely hotel and super holiday but could easily be even better."

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
