Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist das lebhafte Zentrum von La Cotinière mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere natürlich auch Meeresfrüchte, gut zu Fuß erreichbar. La Cotinière ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel mit dem Fahrrad. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, hier gibt es auf Oléron mehrere deutlich schönere Strände, die auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar sind. ##### Hermann M.
