### L'OASIS Maison remarquable

Exclusive villa, one of a kind on Oléron. Typical of the first development of seaside resorts, of which Saint Trojan is the best example. It is also classified as \\'remarkable\\' by the ABF. It has just been completely renovated while respecting its original spirit. With an area of 130m², it contains 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140cm bed, 2 with 160cm beds and 4 single beds. A large open kitchen with dining room, a large living room and a ground floor bedroom. The others are upstairs. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for your comfort. Television, internet and a cellar to store bicycles are available.   
  
It has been furnished in a chic upcycling spirit with second-hand furniture and decorations, while remaining of good quality.   
  
Immediately adjacent to the town centre and the sea, just a few minutes\\' walk from the small train of Saint Trojan, the ideal place for a car-free holiday.   
  
Attention, no parking within the property but you have a public car park right next to the house and two others less than 100m away, all free of charge.   
  
Filter coffee maker.   
  
There is a stroller, a cot and a high chair available on site.   
  
The garden is chemical-free and environmentally friendly. A compost bin is at the foot of the house.   
  
All linen is provided, except beach towels, and included in the cleaning fee, which is also mandatory. No pets. The fireplace can be used but under conditions to be discussed during the booking.
