Single-storey house with small lot on the cul-de-sac side and bicycle storage.
One bedroom with 140 cm bed and another with bunk beds. A large living room with kitchenette, bathroom and separate wc.
Pets are not accepted.
Nearby: bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, small supermarket near the market, port and beach 500 m away.
To visit nearby: Chassiron lighthouse, artisan huts and the Citadel at the Chateau, La Cotinière, Marais aux oiseaux ... aerodrome and golf course.

Super. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix

Logement refait à neuf et bien équipé. Très propre. Bien placé, à 3 min à peine du marché de St Denis et à 5 min en voiture de la plage la plus proche. Le bémol réside dans le jardinet qui n’est pas à proximité immédiate du logement donc pas super pratique pour y prendre nos repas en extérieur. Mais il y a une petite allée derrière la maison où nous avons pu faire nos parties de molky. Accueil au top.
