They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor. When I had an issue with the shower not draining, I reached out to management and was honestly impressed when a plumber arrived within five minutes. That level of responsiveness really speaks to how much they care about their guests’ experience. The pool was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. They came by the first night to tidy up my room and made sure I had the extra blanket and toilet paper I requested, which I really appreciated. My only concern was the insect situation. There seemed to be a high mosquito presence—likely due to the weather this time of year—and I did end up with several very itchy bites during my stay. I reached out to management after checking out since I wasn’t sure what caused them, and once again, they responded with care and thoughtfulness. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience."
