Inside you'll find the spacious kitchen well equipped when dining at home or take a walk to one of the many Sandy Beach area restaurants/bars/shops. Large dining and living areas, wrap around porches with pool and ocean views, modern designs, big bathrooms.

Kasa Kamias has a convenient layout with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area all on the top (ground) floor. The lower level is a covered, large poolside outdoor kitchen and hang out area with a 1/2 bath. Private walled backyard with big grassy area and tropical foliage. All bedrooms have big closets and new beds, the main bedroom has a big bathroom with huge walk in closet.

The entire home and outdoor areas are yours during your stay!

We are available by phone/text and live the next hill over just in case.

The neighborhood consists of newly constructed homes. We are less than 1/4 mile from the beach and within walking distance of some great local bars/restaurants, gift shops etc.

Private gated parking for 2-3 cars. The neighborhood is walkable from beach, restaurants, gift shops etc.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before arrival; No refunds within 90 days of arrival.
