  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful location on one of the safest streets in Rincon. Villa Avalon is located right on the ocean with spectacular views of the sunset. Each of the spacious 5 bedrooms has recently been remodeled with their own separate bathroom, TV's, and AC. Dinner table for 8 guests. Electric gated private parking for added security. Luxurious Spanish courtyard with fine woodwork, 25 ft indoor palm trees located inside the house, and relaxing balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Full size kitchen with Livingroom. Available local activities include fine dining, surfing, snorkle, scuba, jetski, fishing, beaches, kayaking, and more. We are located within 5-10 minutes of the town plaza. Hi speed internet (1000 mbps) is provided throughout the house for those who wish to remain connected to work.

What an amazing property! One of the most beautiful views I’ve seen in a long time. The best part was how isolated the rooms where from the main area. Being a party of 9, there were two toddlers in the group and I wanted to make sure none of the individuals in the rooms could hear them. This property had just about everything one could want. The pool was small and worked for the toddlers. The pump for the pool broke mid stay due to a power outage and the owner came the next day to fix it. Thankfully this property has a fantastic generator because it powered on two separate days for several hours. I highly recommend this property for both fun and relaxation. We kayaked and used the paddle boards available. The owner of the house was very kind and compassionate. I am looking fwd to staying here again.

Property and beach was amazing, there's even some reef you can see right out back with some snorkeling gear. 7min to Rincon center , super cool area and people and restaurants. Host is friendly and helpful and lives near by.
