The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. Room was big, but slightly dated (didn't bother us). We heard no noise of other rooms. We went mainly for a nice beach and nice pools. I would go back. Good for kids and very nice to have good food at the hotel for dinner.
