"Definitely dangerous for anyone with poor mobility or elderly - over 60 steps from first floor bedroom to pool and spa ! Wife tripped going down garden to lake as railings removed at moment - should be completely boarded off until construction finished . Poor contractors tipping waste into woods opposite front door across road ."

"Staff welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee supplies. A choice of herbal tea and decaf coffee would have been appreciated. The building suits the landscape, the decor throughout the house felt a bit tired. Cooked breakfast provided which was fine. It would have been nice to have a fresh fruit option for the cereal and wholemeal bread for toast. Lots of parking available and it was well lit. Felt 3 star. "
