"Booked thru Hotels.com not knowing anything about this hotel other than it looked like a nice place to stay before our cruise; it was! The Staff was extremely helpful and the property was well-maintained. It is an easy walk to central shopping street and museums. Good restaurant and bar area in hotel or nearby."

"Breakfast was incredible! Full English breakfast, lots of hot and cold food. Hotel itself is spotless, rooms could use a little upgrading but perfect for use as a stay. 20 minute bus ride takes you straight to Westquay/central city/cruise port area."

"Second visit, great stay. Warm welcome by staff -at reception, breakfast and the leisure area, all very professional. Loved the breakfast buffet and setting, and enjoyed the use of leisure facilities. Plenty of parking, and great location to find. You do need a car/taxi if you plan to eat outside the hotel. Room was very comfortable, and we were complimentary upgraded to one with a view. If I was being really picky the one thing that would have improved the stay is a revamp on the jacuzzi - it was much colder temp than the pool itself, and the jets were poor - perhaps just need their nozzle directions adjusted. Other half loved the sauna and steam room whilst I was swimming."
