The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. "Clean and tidy, but dated and showing it’s he now. A baby blue bathroom sink with cracked sink (rm 15) and firm bed detracted from the overall stay."

"Hotel was good value for an overnight stay. However the premises are tired and in need of a refurbish. The bar and restaurant were understaffed and the poor staff who were working were under too much pressure consequently drinks didn’t arrive and when they did they were wrong and we had to go to the bar ourselves to rectify it. The understaffing made for a long wait between our starters and main course and we were then overcharged. Breakfast was okay."

"Kids gift pack in the room was great! Room was very tired, and the bathroom was quite damp and mouldy. A shower only had a full height head, but no shower cap provided. Didn’t use facilities as when I booked the hotel it told me I needed to book and pay extra, we were only going to have an hour so didn’t bother bringing swimwear. Turns out swimming was an option available included for our booking. Dinner was disastrous, but once we had spoken to 3 staff it was dealt with. However it did put a downer on the stay which was for a special occasion. "
