Really appreciated the homey, peaceful atmosphere. "Friendly and unusual hotel. Limited food but other places close by. Lovely woodland gardens - but floodlights at night made the room bright. If you want a different stay with an unusually themed country house feel then this is the place."

"We were there for one night, room and bed were comfortable, only issue is that like many UK hotels there is no air conditioning so the room is hot at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. "

"A beautiful property with quaint gardens within the grounds. Room was for four of us, we had a double bed and a bunk. It was a small room but perfect for us. Bright, airy, and clean with an ensuite shower. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of hot, fresh fruit, cereals with coffee and juices. Would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommended."
