I was pleasantly surprised, room looked tiny on expedia, but was a reasonable size. I was surprised I had a sink in my room honestly 10/10 for that.
Bed was basic but comfortable room wasn't exactly spacious but big enough.
On my second night there was some loud music coming from somewhere outside but I can't blame the hotel for that. Area is nice you are walking distances (3minutes) away from all the shops and a minute from the train station.
Room was clean, door lock was a bit weird for me but worked as advertised. shared facilities were all on the same floor as room thankfully and were spotlessly clean.
The general amenities of the guest house were a surprise much better than I expected, Loved the sink though one thing i'd like would be a slightly later checkout option available but I understand it's not possible and would be an issue for the staff.

after days out. We did the walk down to Covehurst Bay and into Hastings sea front, both great and drove out to Petts Level beach, quiet and also nice. So enjoyed our break & hope to be back :)"

"We chose this place for a two night stay in Hasting. Our room was 3 stories up the stairs but this was not a problem for us, We were greeted at the reception and had received a call from them to find out our ETA. We chose RX7 as it had a bath. The room it self was large enough but if you're tall you may need to duck when going in. Breakfast was not the usual laid out buffet but you got a menu and could choose from and it was all freshly cooked for you. We loved our stay here and are planning a return trip. "

"Only had 1 night here but was very comfortable and very clean. Couldn’t stay for breakfast as was continuing a journey and the seafront parking was free until 9 am so had to get away. Would recommend the guest house without a doubt. "
