"very close to the beach, just over the road, its better less stony if you walk about 10 mins to the right, about 5 min walk to reception, lodge is located in a quiet park of the park, I always take a tv as my son is socially anxious, and didnt leave the lodge at all, until we left, I felt it would of been useful to have a tv in the double room, as my son took over the only tv, with his xbox, and i got sent to my room, to watch tv, it was nice having the decking outside, could do with outdoor...

"The barn is beautiful and Burwash is wonderful, the only minus is the access road to the barn it is off road, full of potholes and single track for about half a mile with only one passing point. Please don’t take a sports car down the Lane. If you can walk to the pub it is much better, however I would only recommend this in the summer. "Everything went smoothly from start to finish, all down to clear and timely communication from Jacqui, Steve and the team at Rye & Beyond Cottages. We are a couple and a dog so the set-up worked perfectly, but we understand some of the thoughts around having to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed, and this was exactly what we needed for our little pooch. And Pett is great. 2 great pubs and a butchers within walking distnace, loads of walks...
