Adults-only cottage in Rye
With no contact check in and check out and situated in the owners’ 2 acre grounds which includes an orchard that guests can enjoy on their own, this attractive beamed, spacious detached first floor studio property is perfect for a relaxing break. The property is accessed via its own external oak open tread stairs. We finally have fibre broadband with the Little Brook WiFi router connected directly to it. The owners are personally cleaning and disinfecting the property between guests. It is wonderfully finished with a newly refurbished balcony off the living area affording countryside views and conveniently set back from the A28. There are many country walks directly from the property, several fine pubs are within a 5 - 15 minute drive and beaches are around a 20 minute drive away.
Guest accommodation at this cottage offers DVD players and a hairdryer. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.
Bathrooms include a shower. This Rye cottage provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

A wonderful break in such lovely country surroundings, made even more special by our lovely and very helpful hosts. Even the lovely dogs were most welcoming. Looking forward to going back.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Janet and Grant were lovely hosts. The location is perfect - close to the beach but in beautiful countryside. The place was clean and served us well. Loved having a washing machine and balcony in particular!

Charming Property
We had a very nice 2-week stay at this charming country property. The hosts were lovely and very timely with responses. Gorgeous garden. Kitchen was well stocked for a long stay and had just about everything we needed. Super comfy bed. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage and gardens
This was a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful environment. We always felt well taken care of and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to foot paths and beautiful scenery. We highly recommend this place and found Grant and Janet so helpful and accommodating.
