Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport

8/10 Good
"Experience not so good: I have to push the roller bed from hotel storage to my room and set it up by my self :(. I thought I booked a two-bed room, but instead I got a one queen bed. When I requested to switch to a two-bed room, I was told this is the last room they have. I requested to add a roller bed. They added extra $20/night charge. However the service was not as expected: I was brought to the storage and given a roller bed. I have to push it into the elevator down to the ground floor and then pushed it to another building where my room is. I was expecting the hotel could have someone help me setup the roller bed, but the reality is no. Other not so good experiences: the room was old: The bathroom toilet tank did not always have water during the night ( day time we were not in the room, so we didn’t know) I have informed the front desk twice and not sure if they sent someone to look into it. The problem was present during all three nights we stayed there. Other: safer locker doesn’t work. No instruction found by it. The air conditioner is very old, and so noisy that we could not sleep so we have to turn it off. Good experience: Housekeeping is over our expectations comparing to the facility. Front desk is very helpful to provide shuttle information and help reserve taxi to go to airport very early in the morning. Shuttle bus is very convenient to pick up from airport , The shuttle driver is very friendly. Location is very convenient to Airport YVR."
