The whole of the ground floor including the living areas, twin bedroom, family wet room and the garden lower deck is designed for wheelchair access (M2 accessibility level) and is suitable for guests of all ages.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs

First Floor Master bedroom: 5' bed Ensuite shower room: shower, WC, hand basin. Bedroom 3: 5' bed Ensuite shower room: shower, WC, hand basin. Bedroom 4: twin 3' beds. Ensuite bathroom: roll top bath, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.
Entertainment: 40" TV with Netflix films available, BBC iPlayer and digital terrestrial, blu Ray/DVD. Hi-fi system with iPhone/iPad dock. For Families: cot and highchair provided. Outside: garden has oak decked sitting areas and access paths and is mainly planted with shrubs and small trees. Open-sided garden room with a living green roof, provides a covered seating area positioned to enjoy the views of the setting sun. The garden has oak decked sitting areas.  There is private parking for one small car or storage for bikes in a small garage behind the garden. General: WiFi. Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath and hand towels and energy costs are included. All duvets and pillows in Skimming Stones are microfibre.Underfloor heating with radiators in the bedrooms, wood-burner in the living area. One small basket of logs is provided for the wood-burner on arrival November-March. No smoking. Pets: 1 pet welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
