"Room was a bit tatty and unloved. Comfy chair was broken and needed to be replaced. Large stain on the carpet. Several lights didn’t work. Drawer broken. Terrible noise form pipes when someone in another room used the shower. However it was clean and bed was comfortable. WiFi was really good speed. At the need of the day it did what was needed but expected a better standard when paying about £100 per night. "

We booked the Executive Suite which sad the room booking offered champagne service, however, we were told at reception that it wasn't included and that we would have to pay extra 😑 We chose not to as we thought we had already bought this package in our room fee!"
