Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Loved the style / decor of the hotel and the home from home service (cheese and wine buffets, bar and hot drinks, mini bar in room all included). Very relaxed. Helpful staff. Great position - walkable to town centre and museums and overlooking canal. Numerous dining options in the local area. Good breakfast.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.

Second year in a row staying at Jan Luyken with my wife. We love it, over ten years coming to Amsterdam and we now know for sure where we are staying every time.

Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

We were at the Avani Museum Quarter hotel in August of this year for a weekend. Main purpose of travel was to visit Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum and this hotel was perfectly located being within few minutes walking distance. We had booked canal view rooms which were wonderful. Good selection of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Nabeel at reception for all his help. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Nice bedroom, although small, with pristine en suite. Very good restaurant which served excellent breakfast. There is an atmospheric bar - catch the wonderful Delft frieze. Central location within walking distance of the station but also good public transport links. Would recommend.
