"Room was a good size with a view. Elevators were very unreliable, as other reviewers have noted. Add an extra 10-15 mins to all travel time because of elevators."

"Great location, within walking distance from so much. For being within the heart of Times Square, the hotel itself was quiet which helped us decompress from the busyness! The only downside was no hot water on Saturday, but we understand things have to get serviced."
