Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"We just stayed here for my daughters Senior Trip before heading off to college. We found the location to be wonderful. The room was fine for just two of us, but would have been crowded for 4. The location was wonderful (easy to get all the places we wanted to go via the subway). Although the daily resort fee was annoying, being able to use a $35 credit in the restaurants daily was a very nice way to offset it. We thought the staff was wonderful, and the elevator system was one of the best I have experienced. The maid service was varied (some days it was great - other days we just had our beds made. The beds are high as others have mentioned - but that did not bother us and we found them comfortable. Overall, we found the location hard to beat, and were very happy with our stay."

"The roof top bar area was beautiful! Great vibes! The location of the hotel was wonderful!!! So close to everything you need and central park! My room was surprisingly a decent size compared to the last hotel experience I had. The showers were awesome!! Loved it!!! The staff was helpful and very attentive anytime we needed anything or simply just asking a question! I would definitely stay there again on a future visit!!"
