"We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor.As we had young children with us we ate in every night. "We have a wonderful stay and we couldn't fault anything. Would recommend to anyone. We had the surlington junior suite and it was a very high standard, loved the bathroom with roll top bath. Staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely."
