Very good break away at Ellesmere Port. Quiet location, seconds off motorway, and walking distance (10 mins) to bus stops & rail station - giving great access to Chester, Port Sunlight & Liverpool.
Bedroom clean with all the usual amenities. Breakfast plentiful. Evening meal choices ok.
Staff all friendly - so a good little break .

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Didn't like confusion when I booked a Premier Inn yet the confirmation was for the Royal Oak that appeared to be close by.
Because I was to meet up with relatives at the Premier Inn it was important that we all be the same hotel. Indian call centre woman was pleasant but unable to clarify and did not email as requested.
Hotel would better be called the "Premier Inn Royal Oak" - as was thankfully found upon arrival.
The work of the cleaning staff will evidently become easier when changes...

The facilities and food superseded the 3 star rating. The beef on the Sunday dinner was the best beef I’ve tasted. The jacuzzi in the morning looking over a beautiful sun rise has set me up for the week. My new favourite hotel in the area.

Lovely stay at Stone Villa. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lovely hospitality tray which was topped up each day was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Highly recommended.
