This magnificent 4-room apartment of about 100m² overlooking the large beach of Quiberon is located on the second floor of a pleasant house on the Boulevard Chanard.   
  
It includes:   
  
\- An entrance with cupboards,   
\- A living/dining room with a 140cm sofa bed, table, chairs, TV,   
\- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, hood, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),   
\- A room with a 140cm convertible BZ and storage,   
\- A sea view room with a 90cm trundle bed,   
\- A second sea view room adjoining its small balcony with a bed of 140cm and storage,  
\- A shower room with washing machine and electric towel dryer,   
\- Separate toilets.   
  
A small balcony facing south facing sea in the living room completes this property. common garden at the back of the house. Accommodation equipped with duvets and blankets. Pets refused. Non-smoking accommodation.   
  
Package consumptions in excess of 65€ except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.
