Boring for tweens/teenagers

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Don't know, too much rain
We would not vacation at Punta Cana, it's very boring, food is just plain awful, no hot water for showers. We can not find a positive to say about this vacation. We sat with the restaurant agent to make our dinner reservations for the week, came back the next day , as we were told, only to be told we didn't have any, nothing! Another family member had to to fight to get what we got! This was bizarre!

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food from the buffet could be better. Overall I would recommend this place. Restaurants at the resort are good too.

Awesome wifi service!

Posted 14-Nov-2016
Location: Depends what you are into, you can book different scursions. Part of my group went on a buggie scursion. You can also go on a zipline adventure, etc.
I absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived on Thursday night and though I booked a kind size bed room, they initially checked me in to a double. I walked in and out and headed back to the front desk, where the issue was immediately resolved. I absolutely loved the room. Only one thing, you may have an issue with the bathroom privacy as bedroom and bathroom, specifically the jacuzzi tub area was just divided by what I will call plantation shutters style windows. The shower and toulet had their own areas eclosed by a glass door. I don't know about any of you, but when I use the restroom, I like privacy. But this was not a deal breaker. I must say though, besides that, I give the room a ten on cleanliness and comfort. In addition, room service and mini bar was all included in the price and the internet (wifi) was good all around the property even the beach. I took advantage of this and posted as much as I could on social media. The staff They were absolutely awesome. Anything I needed, they made it happen. I forgot to pack my toothpaste so I had to call the operator and ask for it and within minutes we had a small tube, super small but enough for two people for two days. At the restaurant they were very attentive and made sure my whole group (wedding party of 14) was comfortable and well taken care of. The food The same as other Punta Cana resorts I have visited. You have your selection of fruits and drinks and different cultural themes per day. The specialty restaurants/good

Amazing resort

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Just returned from a week long stay at Paradisus Palma Real. We were there for my son's wedding. Everything was just amazing. They did a fantastic job with the wedding. I did not meet one staff person all week who was not friendly professional and accomodating. The food was amazing from the buffet to the restaurants and the service outstanding. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

personal amable, olor del hotel a aguas estancadas

Posted 27-Sep-2016

Very nice resort with extremely helpful staff !

Posted 26-Sep-2016
Pros: The setting , the happy staff , the ambiance and attention to serving all clients in all ways made this visit memorable !
Cons: Outside transportation could be rated by the hotel in order to eliminate poorer providers , I think .
Location: Did not leave the resort facility , so no comment on outside facilities.
All facilities are beautiful and staff are always willing to go above and beyond to please their clients . I loved that the numerous choices in activity were accentuated and kept fresh by updated facilities . Rooms are beautiful and maintained well . I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the varied and open choice of culinary artists in all the restaurants and cafeteria settings .

Hotel staff was exceptional, especially with those traveling with children. Everyone was very friendly. I would go there again.
