Nice Resort

Pros: The food, and nightly entertainment.
Cons: The only thing negative was that the rooms need to be updated. The A/C was not cooling very well and the bathroom sink started to leek on the 3rd day.
Location: The location was close to the beach. There was a shopping center close by that sold water sports activities.
This was a really good resort. The buffets were great with food choices for everyone.The restaurants were also very good. The nightly entertainment shows were really good. Drinks were great and they allowed 15 mins of internet everyday. The only thing negative was that the rooms need to be updated. The A/C was not cooling very well and the bathroom sink started to leek on the 3rd day. The rooms also smelled musky. But overall the resort was really nice. I will definitely return back.

Nice hotel with plenty of food options.

Hotel overall was nice and the food options were good. If I could change anything it would be access to wifi and the in room bar. Neither were good.

Very comfortable and overall quiet

This facility was very clean and overall the staff was hardworking and kind. THe language barrier was difficult. Some of the staff couldn't speak english nor understand. Some of the front desk staff was short and a matter of fact. I called and they half answered my question and hung up. I did go to an expedia rep. and they are not what they should be either. Susie tried to cheat me when charging me for an excursion. When I questioned her what the exchange rate was, she then begin to refigure. I still ending up having to pay 40$ more because she said she didn't charge enough. Food was good and this was a fun place to be. I would go back, but again the language barrier did create some problems. THey shouldn't advertise a casino because it sucks. the place is dead with very old machines. BeACH WAS wonderful. Our room was supposed to have been beachfront, but it was not.

Great hotel with a few exceptions.

The check-in was smooth and inviting. Our room at first glance was very nice with a beautiful ocean view. Two problems with the room were a bit annoying. First, the shower head only had one direction, straight down. So I pretty much had to stand up against the front wall of the shower to be under it. It was detachable but that didn't help much because every time I tried to put it back it would fall. Usually on my head. Secondly, the floor was always wet in the shower room. It seemed to be seeping up through the floor. So that lead to there being a mess of wet towels and feet. Yuck. The room otherwise was nice and clean. The fridge was always stocked and there was no shortage of clean towels. The buffets were plentiful but mediocre food at best. The restaurants were better but still missed the mark on food quality and taste. The service was always great though. My last issue with the resort was the beach. It was touted as adults only. Signs on the the beach read the same "adults only". So on a Sunday when I called to ask why there were some 30 + kids, some supervised and others old enough to not be, seemed to take over the stretch of beach in front of our room. I was told that the beach isn't controlled by the resort. That it's open to everyone. Fine by me but I booked a room on an adults only beach. If I'd have wanted to hear a bunch of screaming kids while I'm trying to relax, I'd have stayed on the family side of the resort. All in all not bad but not great.

location to beach and pool is very convenient

Pros: staff place was very clean and food were on point. A+. Hotel is only a C.
Cons: room smelled like butt. Really need upgrade. Grounds need to be trimmed.
Hotel needs upgrade. You should let guests know on line they need attire for dinner.

es un hotel estupendo, con una playa estupenda.

Pros: del hotel nos ha gustado todo muchisimo, la comida, el trato del personal del hotel, las instalaciones, etc
Cons: Se pueden mejorar algunas actividades deportivas o de entretenimiento y sobre todo los espectáculos de la noche.
Location: esta muy bien ubicado, y te facilitan y aconsejan sobre las actividades que puedes hacer fuera, y lo mejor es que te vienen a buscar al hotel
el hotel nos pareció genial y sus restaurantes y sus instalaciones son muy buenas. la única pega es que no es nada recomendable ir a comer a los restaurantes del hotel barcelo delux porque no son nada buenos, salvo el coral que es de marisco. merece la pena pagar un poco más por la habitación para poder tener terraza privada e internet y minibar. completamente recomendable y cuando vuelva, volveré a este hotel sin dudarlo

A Fun Vacation with Adult Kids

Cons: See experience.
Overall great time! As a non-Spanish speaker, I would have appreciated more specific details and instructions on how things work. The reservation process was tough. We got there and had a hard time booking any meals before 10:30 p.m. The spa experience was very confusing.

ビーチも目の目で、何でも揃っていて快適なバカンス

Pros: 白砂のビーチが目の前。ナイトエンターテイメントを楽しめた。広大な敷地にある別のホテルの施設も利用できるので飽きる事がない。
Cons: ルームアメニティーをきちんと揃えて欲しいことと、髪が落ちていたり清掃が怠っていた。喫煙は場所を分けて欲しい。
Location: 空港に近く便利。アクティビティは外に出かけなくても十分。
綺麗なビーチでのんびり過ごしたい人には大変お勧め。カップルが多いのそれほど騒がしくない。レストランLa Brisaで碧い海を眺めながらゆっくりランチするのは本当に楽園という感じだった。プールの中でアルコールを飲むのは禁止して欲しかった。せめてプールサイドだけに。ビーチでの喫煙もどうにかして欲しい。

Pros: Grounds and beach were beautiful Staff was excellent
Cons: The rooms need updating an could be cleaned better Security needs to monitor the beach better. There were kids and non-guest on the beach.
Overall it was a great stay. Very relaxing. The property and beach are beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly. However the rooms are extremely dated and need to be renovated. The restaurants are typical for all inclusive; not the best but ok. The French restaurant was the best. The resort only gives one small beach towel per guest so improving that would be great. Would also like bar service on the beach.
