"Very nice place to stay, staff were super friendly and accomodating. We got a free upgrade on arrival, big thank you to the young dark haird girl on reception, you are the best! We had a top floor with a nice view, the room was a huge suite with a separate lounge area. Bathroom was clean and large and nice terrace too! Facilities are great, nice heated pool and spa/hamman/sauna in the hotel! The main restaurant was closed for buffet breakfast but the included breakfast was okay considering it was low season. Would come back again!!! "

"A one stars hotel !!! I do not recommend this hotel at all, terrible hotel and very bad management , the given rooms are not inline with reservations , we spent three hours for checking in , it took us a while to convince the receptionist to provide two keys for rooms of two persons !!!! the guest relation has nothing to do with relations , she can not recommend any resturant or place to visit . The lady who is sitting on the guest relation desk is extremely rude and has an attitude , when I asked the housekeeping to add another two towels , she refused this and when I talked to her , she claimed I hit her , when we threatened her to check the cameras , she changed her words and said I was shouting !!!!! The hotel management believed her lies and when they knew the truth , they did not even apologize , the carpet in the hotel is extremely dirty , the plates and forks has a bad smell !!!! The staff are not friendly . The pool was very dirty , beach chairs are terrible .. All in all it is a terrible experience . Expedia should remove them from the list of hotels . I am a frequent user of Expedia and this is the first time I write a review because it is not good for Expedia to have this hotel listed with them !!!"

"Stunning location especially as the sun rises over the island opposite which was beautiful to watch as we had a sea view room. The staff are really nice and helpful. The room was good but a little tired, they need a freshen up. I imagine the atmosphere is different in summer peak season but I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and a place I’ll revisit in the quiet season again "
