Marmaris All inclusive Holidays

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing, although the low price should set expectations accordingly. The biggest issue happened at check-in. The hotel told us they could not find our Hotels.com reservation, so we had no choice but to pay for another room directly at the hotel. Thankfully, Hotels.com handled the situation professionally and refunded the original booking. We really appreciate their excellent customer service. As for the hotel itself, the room was not cleaned during our stay, the staff generally seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, and there were no afternoon snacks despite the all-inclusive concept. At meal times, flies were constantly flying around the food, which was unpleasant. The building is quite old and in need of renovation. The shower drain barely worked, causing water to flood the bathroom after every shower. The hotel was also almost empty during our stay, yet the overall service still felt lacking. The entertainment program was very limited, and the animation team came across as rude rather than engaging. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you’re choosing this hotel because it’s very inexpensive, keep your expectations realistic.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and there were many to choose from. Food was lovely 10/10 will definitely be back next year

Family friendly nice clean hotel with great food. Though it's missing waterslide for the kids and a beach side bar for the adults. Overall we enjoyed the stay, rest and relaxation.
