Then later on went to order pizza, was told none available, then ten minutes later went back to the bar and person in front ordered pizza and accepted order, I then queried this to be told they could done her one and no more. "We booked this room while attending a black-tie event, so we had high expectations given the price. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was quite small, especially compared to the unusually large bathroom. When I went to take a shower, the water was only lukewarm, which was frustrating. Getting ready for the event was also inconvenient—there was no mirror near the desk/dressing table and no full-length mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom, which wasn’t practical while my partner was using it. This made preparing for a formal event much more difficult than it should have been. Additionally, the room felt very stuffy. Opening the window helped with ventilation, but it let in a lot of noise from an external fan, making it hard to relax. Overall, the room did not meet expectations for the price we paid."

"For £35/ night, I was quietly impressed. It was clean (sheets were clean). Maybe good if they cleaned mattress protectors. I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall. "
